When ordering the Bacchus Gold Card, please be sure to indicate the name you want printed on the card in the Special Instructions box after you enter your mailing & billing information. The card must be presented with a valid photo ID that matches the name on the card to receive the benefits of membership.
If you have a coupon code or promo code you will be asked to enter it on the last page.
If you would like to purchase 5 or more cards, please, email kathleen@bacchugoldcard.com with your contact information, the number of cards you would like to purchase and the names to be printed on each card and you will be contacted to complete the transaction.
